Terms and conditions
Our policy provides for a term of 90 days for returns.
In order for it to be eligible for return, the item must be intact and in the same condition in which it was received (so it must be in its original packaging).
For this reason, when opening the package, the customer is always required to check that the product received corresponds to the one ordered before using it.
The return of a product open is not accepted.
The return of gift vouchers is excluded.
Refunds
Once the return has been sent, received and checked, an email confirming receipt of the item will be sent, in which the approval or rejection of the refund request will be communicated (based on whether the product packaging was received in the same conditions in which it was shipped by the company, if instead the fault lies with the external packaging, it must be reported to the courier upon delivery "with reserve").

If approved, the refund will automatically be applied to the original card or payment method (unless otherwise indicated in advance).
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will not be included in the refund.

The shipment for collection and return of the new product is free only if the error is attributable to the company.
This means defective or damaged products (and not as a result of damaged outer packaging, which had to be reported to the courier upon delivery. "with reserve").

Exchange of products is also accepted for other reasons.
In case of return of an item for an error not attributable to the company or for non-delivery, the cost of shipping (collection / return of the ordered product and return of the new product) is charged to the buyer.

The responsibility for receiving the return at the company branch remains with the customer.
For this reason we recommend using a traceable shipping service or insuring the shipment.
